Client Portals
The page your client opens is your shop window. It carries your agency's name, it asks them for no password, and it gives them one job: read each piece and answer.
No Login for Your Client
They open the link and give their name. Then they go piece by piece: Approve, Request Changes, or Not Approved. They can select any words and leave a note right on them, so "see my comments" stops meaning a voice note.
can we name one of them?
What Their Note Does Next
When your client presses Request Changes, their note arrives with the piece it is about. On Agency, One Click Fix applies that note and holds the rest. Code compares the piece before and after, sentence by sentence, and if the change reaches past the part the note points to, nothing is saved. Revert puts a fix back if you'd rather not. Your team reads it, marks it Ready for Client, and sends it again.
Some notes are about every post, like "we say clients, not customers". Press Keep This for Next Time, edit the words if you like, and new writing for that voice uses them from then on, so the same note doesn't keep coming back. Your client will never see the button or the rule. It stays on your side of the door.

Keep This for Next Time
Your Name, on Every Client Page
Review pages and progress pages show your agency and not GoMimic, and the emails to your client carry your agency's name. On Pro that is your name. On Agency it is your logo too.
A Page That Shows Where Things Stand
A progress link gives your client one page for their work with you, with no login. It answers "where are we with that?" before they have to ask it.

A Code, for the Sensitive Ones
Switch it on per client. The reviewer enters the address the review went to, and we email a six-digit code from your agency's name. It works for 10 minutes and 5 tries, then opens that review in that browser for 12 hours. It is off unless you want it.

Links That Know When to Stop
A review link ends 7 days after its review-by date, or when the window you chose ends, whichever is later. You can withdraw any one link, or use Switch Off All Links for a client, which stops at once.
What the Portal Is For
The Shop Window
Your client judges your agency by the last page you sent them, so that page should look like yours.
- Asking a client to make an account is asking them for a favour.
- A client should never have to learn a tool to say yes.
