Terms of Service

These terms are written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it properly — that's more useful to both of us than dense legal boilerplate.

1. What GoMimic is

GoMimic is a content operations tool for SEO and content agencies. You give it a client and a published blog post; it remembers how that client sounds and instantly turns the post into distribution assets — LinkedIn posts and a newsletter, with formats like X threads and outreach snippets available on demand — in that client's voice, along with a saved history of everything generated.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Accounts are per user. Agency plans will cover your wider team through seat-based features we're still building.
• You must be 18 or older, or have the authority to bind your business, to sign up.

3. Acceptable use

You may use GoMimic to:

• Generate distribution content for clients you represent.
• Store client voice profiles and content history.
• Manage multiple client workspaces.

You may not use GoMimic to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or content designed to deceive.
• Violate any applicable law or the terms of platforms you distribute to, such as LinkedIn or X.
• Resell or redistribute GoMimic's output as a competing AI content generation service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Your content

• You own everything you paste in and every output GoMimic generates for you.
• By using GoMimic, you grant us the right to process your content solely to provide the service — nothing more.
• We don't claim ownership of your content or your outputs.
• We don't use your content to train AI models.

5. Payment and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal or Razorpay.
• Every account starts with a 7-day free trial — no credit card required to begin.
• You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• We don't offer refunds on partial months, though we may make exceptions — just ask.
• We reserve the right to change pricing, with at least 30 days' notice.

6. Service availability

• We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime.
• We may perform maintenance, and we'll give reasonable notice when we can.
• We're not liable for losses caused by downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

GoMimic is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we're not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
