What It Does
Every approved post is filed as a Google Doc in that client’s folder, in your agency’s Drive. The post marks itself Delivered and the record says how, so nobody has to ask.

Connect Google Once
The Owner connects it in Settings. One connection covers every client.

Leave Each Client On
A client goes to Drive unless you switch them off in Client Settings.

Let the Yes Do the Filing
When a post is approved, the Google Doc lands in that client’s folder.
