Send for Approval in Rounds
Thursday afternoon, nine LinkedIn posts for one client, and you are about to send nine emails that will be answered out of order, if at all.

What It Does
Tick the posts that are Ready for Client and send them together. Every send is a round, numbered per client: Round 1, Round 2, Round 3. The client gets one link for the round and answers post by post.
Some clients never read email. Copy Link hands you the link, and Message writes a short note with the link in it for WhatsApp or Slack. You paste it and send it yourself.
How It Works
Tick What Is Ready
On a client’s Approvals tab, tick up to 30 posts. One post on its own is a round too.
Set the Date
Please review by opens on the client’s default, or on a date that meets the earliest go-live in the round.
Choose How It Goes
Saved approvers are already ticked, one email each. Untick anyone you want to leave out of this round.
