Comments and Tidy Threads

A note for the team said “this line is filler, cut it if they push back.” At midnight, the writer wonders whether the client can see it.

Internal unless you say

What It Does

Comment on a whole post or on one asset, marked Internal or For the client. Every comment starts as Internal, so a client only ever reads what you chose to show.

Under a client’s own comment you can reply and mark it Solved. They see your reply on the review page, from your agency and not from a named person.

Coming Soon@mention a teammate in an internal comment. They get a bell and a desktop notification that opens it.

How It Works

1

Write It Where It Belongs

One box on the post, with Internal or For the client beside it.

2

Check Before You Send

The send screen says when posts in the round hold internal notes, and that the client won’t see them.

3

Tidy the Threads

Tidy Threads lets you Resolve internal notes and Hide From Client what no longer applies.

Worth Knowing

Nothing is deletedA tidied comment stays readable under Show Resolved or Hidden, and the record keeps it.
The client’s wordsA client’s own comment can’t be hidden. A Solved thread stays readable and you can reopen it.
Internal stays internalExports leave internal notes out unless you ask, and client emails, Slack, Drive, and your webhook never carry them.
