Devices and the Security Record

A shared login is cheap right up until a client asks who downloaded their file. Then the answer is everyone who knew the password.

Never holds client writing

What It Does

A login stays signed in on 2 devices at most. A third sign-in stops and asks which one to sign out, so a login passed round the office soon gets in its own way.

The Owner also has the Security Record: sign-ins, two-step changes, exports and deletions, review links, and team changes, as they happen. It holds who, which client, and when, and never a word of client writing.

How It Works

1

See Your Devices

Settings, then Security, lists where you’re signed in. Sign Out Others ends the rest.

2

Read the Record

The Owner filters by Sign-Ins, Review Links, Team, Exports and Deletions, or Settings.

3

Keep a Copy

Download CSV gives you what the filter shows, every row.

Worth Knowing

Two browsers, one laptopThe limit counts sign-ins, not machines, so two browsers on one laptop count as two devices.
What stands outA sign-in on a new device and a wrong review code are marked, so they don’t sink among the rest.
Who sees whatEach person sees their own devices. Only the Owner sees the record.
