Notion
The brief is in Notion, the approved post is in a doc, and copying from one to the other is how the third bullet goes missing.

What It Does
This one is built and waiting for Notion to approve GoMimic. It runs both ways. Pages in: paste a Notion address where we read a link, and a private page reads through your own connection. Finished work out: approved posts arrive as pages in the database you choose for each client.
A page in Notion has nothing to publish or schedule, so nothing goes anywhere from there unless you take it.
How It Works
1
Connect Notion
The Owner connects it once, on Notion’s own page, when the review has passed.
2
Choose a Database
In Client Settings, pick where this client’s finished work goes.
3
Paste or Approve
Paste a page to start from it. Approve a post and its pieces arrive as pages.
Worth Knowing
Until thenA Zap can already send approved assets to Notion, through Zapier and Webhooks.
Read only on the way inWe read the page you pasted. Nothing in Notion changes when we do.
Confidential clients stay outTurn on Confidential and nothing from that client goes to Notion.
