Reminders

You have written “just checking in” four times this month, each one friendlier than you feel.

What It Does

A client who hasn’t answered gets a reminder from your agency’s name, and replies come to you. It is one email for the round, never one per post.

Each client has its own timing: when the first one goes, how often after that, and when to stop. A round still waiting also gets one on its due day, with “today” in the subject.

How It Works

1

Set It per Client

In Client Settings, under Approvals. First reminder 2 working days before the due date, 1 before, or on the day.

2

Say How Often

Every 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 working days, stopping after 3 or 5 reminders.

3

Change Any One Round

Each round starts from those. Pause Reminders stops the schedule, and Remind Now still sends when you decide to.

Worth Knowing

Working daysMonday to Friday on your agency’s calendar, from 9 in the morning there, and never on the day you sent it.
When they stopAt the limit you set, or when nothing is left waiting. After five, a nudge from a person is worth more anyway.
On ProReminders come with the Agency plan. On Pro, the Approvals page still shows who you are waiting on.
